 NSTB report ANC19FA029  places the cause of the fatal Moose Pass Crash of June 28, 2019, on pilot error: unintended flight into IMC conditions and controlled flight into terrain. As the sole-survivor and pilot-rated passenger of that flight, my goal is to share the events surrounding that accident to prevent future errors.
